impression mitigé. staff à l'écoute et serviable. pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner comme indiqué mais un plat . l'hôtel à su s'adapter à mon régime alimentaire appréciable (mais après bcp de discutions. ..) le superviseur est attentif au confort des clients. l'eau de la douche est à peine tiède les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas ... dommage air jamais renouvellé. légère odeur de renfermer. localisation de l'hôtel est pratique au centre facile à trouver. n'oubliez pas si vous restez plusieurs nuits de demander le nettoyage de la chambre sinon ils oublient.

I have stayed here numerous times... a new manager just took over and she runs this hotel horribly. She no longer allows any upgrades even for long time loyal guests! She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!! At $24.00 the place was bearable, at $40.00 as it sits now, is a total ripoff!! Terrible food, old worn sheets with no mattress pad, disgusting!! For $40.00 starting price, I’d be looking elsewhere, I know I will!!

Very dangerous place, stinking rooms, smells so bad after exit the lift going to your room, rooms stinks,no toilet papers, or tissue in the room, fire exit doors open so people can enter from the street without pass reception dangerous, inside the room is there warning, do not open the door before you know who is outside, we are I side the hotel crazy

There is only side street parking. It is in front of a congested marketplace. The neighborhood does not feel safe. The location does not have nearby restaurants. Try not to get run over if you do plan on looking for a place to eat. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Motel 8 is a 5 star compared to this place. Wifi is extremely week. You need to stay in the hallway of your room to access wifi intermittently.

Excellent staff as they try here to please and all my request were immediately met. Property is old but it’s kept clean enough. It’s a $25.00 a night hotel and it’s good at that price. I stay here several times a year. Breakfast is fair but for free it’s eatable.

The entrance smelled really bad but looked decent enough. The property as a whole was not as nice as expected. I booked 2 family suites and a studio. The family suites were ok. I ended up staying in the studio which was not up to par. I had to look at 4 rooms before I finally settled on one that was acceptable. By acceptable, I mean it had the least amount of black mold in the shower and lime scale on the shower head. Even then the sheets were stained and needed to be changed. But what got me the most was I got double-charged because the website glitches and booked me for the following day even though I made a same day reservation. I went back and forth with Travelocity and Eurotel and neither would offer me a refund, claiming they had to get approval from the other party all the while eating up my minutes on my international travel plan I paid extra for. And I was calling for over an hour and even went to the front desk and called in front of them. Needless to say, I am not staying here or using Travelocity to book accommodations especially when traveling abroad. You definitely get what you pay for. The breakfast was scant and poorly cooked as well. Worst customer service experience of my life!

Really bad cleaning, no toilet paper, no safe working, tv remote control not working, arrogant staff. Stay away from this terrible place. We moved to The Crown Hotel, that hotel was worth the money.
