The room I've book (a double bed) was not available at the end. They gave me a twin bedroom with a super small bed and as I have to organise my plan for the trip such as booking other hotels, I really had a hard time because the wi-fi kept shuting down and the router was in the room next door. For a 130$ room it is quiet desappointing.

Hôtel très bien situé, c’est à côté de la gare de Nagano.

Très agréable séjour.

家族で3室利用させてもらったが、予約時には別々のフロアであったところ、フロントで同じフロアにしてくれて、大変ありがたかった。
