I booked the hotel via Expedia. But hotel said to me they full no room available and they asked me to cancel the booking. Cheating and Expedia not responeded yet.

Dirty & smelly
Publié le 31 déc. 2021 sur HotelsDirty, smelly hotel. The whole place smelled like it had been bathed in phenyl, it was an awful smell everywhere. The photos were extremely misleading compared with the room I was given. There was no blanket or anything in the room and when I was ultimately given something, it was just a thin bed sheet that I was supposed to use as a blanket. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. And to top it off, they had the gall to ask me for a tip at checkout. Would not recommend anyone staying here.
