The people are nice
Very simple hotel

Staff keep coming to room and ring bell like every 30 minutes. No respect for guests privacy. They ask questions like you want tea? You want to go watch sunrise? This after waking me up at 5 30. Morning there was no water in pipe. No good dining nearby. I will not recommend

Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby.
Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely.
Thanks to expedia for this good offer.

What should I start with ? Some positives - the mattress is good in the room. Looks like they low ball the room pricing so badly that it attracts all sorts of scumbags from the lowest strata of the society! The fellow dwellers have no civic sense and they are so pathetic you would feel disgusted having chosen this hotel.
The people manning the hotel are poor souls who are really clueless how to manage unruly mobs. I pity them for doing their job sincerely

New Cape Hotel in Kanyakumari, is quiet at a centre place, where all the tourist spots of the town are easily accessible. All the facilities and anemities provided by hotel are good and clean.
Special mention to the hotel staff, especially Mr.John, manager of the hotel was very welcoming and very helpful. He used to help us with the everyday tour schedule and also arranged a bus to roam around nearby places. And also the hotel boy was very customer friendly and cleaned up the room everyday.
Overall experience is really very good.
