We live our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were great, and the hotels location was a ten minute walk from the main station and shops, yet it was still quiet and relaxed in the area around the hotel. And there were great food options located close-by. While we didn’t eat at the hotel we can attest that there coffee was excellent and we recommend making sure you get your morning coffee here

Hotel was about 15 minute walk from station. Check in ladies were very friendly. We had room 516. Was very roomy with a couch. Bathroom was a wet room with separate toilet. King size bed was comfy. Breakfast was a Choice of 4 hot cooked meals and the rest was buffet style with lots of the extras fresh fruit etc..

It was a perfect stay for us. Room was huge. My husband caught a bad flu on the second night so we had to stay indoor for the following day, and I felt extremely lucky we stayed here as the room was big enough to offer the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. They lend us themometer and helped to call the 24 hours drug store and booked taxi for me upon my requests. Overall stay was very pleasant and highly recommended!

A good hotel...but not in a good location

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. However, the location is a bit off the city center. It takes about 10 minutes' walk from the Nagoya train station, which takes quite some effort especially when you are carrying a 20kg luggage on a freezing cold day.

I would recommend this hotel. Our corner room was spacious. The best part was the view of the temple from our window. It is also located close to the main tourist attractions.

The property and rooms are excellent and to a high standard. It is terrific place to base yourself for sightseeing and tourism. The food provision onsite was poor and the breakfast extremely expensive for the quality. Fortunately there are other choices locally

I had to find a place to stay last minute with my wife and baby daughter near Nagoya Station. The property and the room itself was renovated so everything was clean. I sincerely appreciated the free baby amenities (rubbish bags for diapers, baby shampoo, toothbrush) that were provided to us. The room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. I didn't have a chance to check out the gym, but the lobby/cafe bar had a nice ambiance. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel.

We stayed here with family of five (all small children ). The hotel was very easy to walk to from Nagoya station. We loved everything about this hotel, but especially their effort to put the best considerations in every detail was incredible.
