The hotel is very bad. They have not mentioned their policy properly in the hotel details. Worst experience for booking this hotel.

Bad experience, not recommended for family

I had very bad experience with this hotel , i reached to the hotel at 1.00 AM in the booking date and reception was saying there no room vacant for us, and then he asked to go to other property, it was very thing when we are going with family, I will suggest not to go to such hotel. Email sent by hotel.com was saying no need to reconfirm with hotel but still I reconfirm with hotel 2 days before and they yes we have your booking but on the spot hwen i reached they all rooms are sold....
