Worst ever hotel. The refrigerator gave an electric shock.
Most appliances not working. Hotel.com should not inclue such hotels in the list

First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. At the time, you were staying with us, Wi-Fi was poor and services issue. For the inconvenience, it caused, I am sorry. Services of our guests is a priority and such service is an unavoidable necessity that should have been better explained. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that your services and Wi-Fi will personally check. I would be happy and see to it that you enjoy the experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

The lobby, breakfast room and bar were all fine and as advertised. The room was OK but the hotel was let down by the bathrooms-we move rooms but in both cases the bathrooms were grubby and uncared for

It is no any were a four star hotel as listed by Expedia
Stale smell in the in rooms after changing Twice .
Stained sheets , curtains ,
Uncleaned window and glasses ,
nonFuntional showers .
Bathroom Infested with bugs and flies.
