Needs cleaning
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe proximity to the beach is wonderful. The condo was well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. However, the cleanliness of the condo was lacking. The washing machine has sand around the ledge, and under the lid was filthy. The baseboards throughout the condo needed to be cleaned. Under the beds needed to be cleaned, the nightstand in the second bedroom needs to be dusted, the rugs in the living room and dining area are filthy and either need to be cleaned or replaced, the mat outside the patio door has hair and accumulated sand that needs to be swept, The dishwasher door after pressing the start button needs to be held in in order for the dishwasher to start. We had an issue with flies and this morning before we left there were maggots on the floor throughout the condo. The stopper in the sink in the master bedroom did not work and the drain was slow.

Summer beach trip

The deck is lovely and gets a wonderful breeze during the evening. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything anyone could ask for!

Love the Dunes!
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our first time at Nags Head. We enjoyed the beach and loved the State park. I have never seen such huge dunes!Our condo was equipped with everything one would need and very clean. Check in and checkout were very easy.

Poohs corner

Location, Location, Location!!

My brother & I golf & fish, so the 3 min walk to the beach, the 4 min drive south to the Little Bridge, and the 3 min drive to Nags Head Golf Course couldn't have been better. There were 3-4 great restaurants within minutes of the condo, as well as a Food Lion grocery just 6-8 minutes north! We will definitely stay there next fall, that's if you'all don't take it first, LOL!!

Annual outer banks trip

Fantastic Stay

Could not see the beach!
Publié le 27 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice unit, but we thought we would be able to see the beach & ocean from our deck. Could not because unit was very low below the dune. This made us want to be elsewhere.

Our photos clearly show the view guests can expect from the back deck, which is mostly the natural dune line. I see you discussed this with our agents at time of booking as well.
