Disappointing..poor standards.

The stay was disappointing but more so because of booking from hotel.com.we paid 11000for one night stay on new years eve when we booked through hotel.com and this only included stay n breakfast.however on reaching the hotel we found out that hotel was giving dinner as well in same amount which we were not applicable for due to our booking from hotel.com,hence we had to shell out extra 2000 for dinner that night.to top it off the free breakfast was not up to mark neither in quality nor in service.I would never recommend anyone to book from hotel.com for any hotel esp Arif Castle.

NICE HOTEL

I WAS THERE FOR 2 NIGHT WITH FAMILY , OVERALL ITS GOOD HOTEL BUT NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE QUALITY OF FOOD SERVED DURING THE BREAKAFAST & DINNER
