A little too greedy

But!
The pool was out of order the whole week. No compensation offered.
They will take your money if they can:
- We arrived early. The room was ready, but they wanted 50 USD for an early check in. We declined, but I later realized that due to my OTA status this should be complimentary, but they obviously didn't want to honor that.
- Overpriced food and drinks in the restaurant.
- On the morning of departure we initially had some problems getting an Uber at first. I asked the concierge to call a taxi, which he declined! Instead we could use the "hotel taxi" to the airport for nothing less than 65 USD. Or take our chances with Uber or whatever. Which we did and ended up paying 8 USD (1020 KES) for an Uber (which included a nice tip). Shame on you Emara Ole-Sereni for trying to take advantage of people in a stressed situation!
