They don’t let you know it’s a shared apartment until you check in.. for my case, two males entered the house at 1 o’clock nighttime, and said they paid the same apartment. I was with my wife and felt so embarrassed since we were both enjoying our time. I have never taken my wife to a lodging and it looked the same way in that apartment.

They brought someone to sleep/they rented out the 2nd room. Who does that?
Am glad the 2nd guest refused to share.
I wasnt their, my mom was when the 2nd guest came, if i were there...i would have raised hell.

Hello Rebecca,Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The room that had been booked was in a shared apartment. The private room was ensuite but the living room and kitchen were shared. Once again, apologies for the miscommunication, as we look to ensure our guests get the best possible stay on our property. Thank you.

Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsI paid in advance for a three night stay in a private apartment. When I arrived I was informed that I had paid for a shared apartment with two other occupants. Therefore, after 12am I had to look for alternate accommodation. I requested a refund from Hotels.com and I still have not received a response.
