Hôtel agréable avec cadre de verdure exceptionnel

We were so disappointed in the Hotel Troy, we left after one night. Many things were broken in my room, there were ants crawling all over the floor. The staff were very pleasant but way too few, so service was quite poor. Tea at breakfast the next morning took one hour to receive. I tried numerous times through emails and phone calls to speak with hotel management but still have not heard back from anyone regarding my concerns. I hope they'll do better! It's a pretty property.

The cottage room was nice and pretty, with a little common area with couches and a kitchenette. The double room on the other side, not so much. Very hard to sleep because of the dogs barking or wimping most of the night and very basic room.
The place is sadly run down, garden might have been beautiful in the past but could use some maintenance and the dining room is cold and unfriendly. Food was not the best we had. Still a good option if you just want a room to sleep and don’t want to spend too much. This is also conveniently located next to the elephant orphanage, the giraffe center and Nairobi National Park.

Great for tucked away relaxing stay
Publié le 11 févr. 2022 sur HotelsThis came recommended to me by a new acquaintance. Highly recommend for an out of the way, tucked in a wooded area to truly relax away from the city center. Near the national park, BOMAS, and regional Wilson Airport. Great service. Internet is intermittent, but manageable within the main reception/restaurant area and rooms above. Very clean!

Great service at Troy hotel
