It Was OK.

So hotels.com is responsible for some of this negative review since one of the parameters I entered when searching for this hotel was that it would be close to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. This hotel most certainly was NOT close to the airport. It is almost an hour away. All in all it cost me a small fortune in taxi fares to get to the hotel and then to the airport. Such a waste. The staff was pleasant but unaccommodating. I needed to get some money to a local restaurant and was hoping I could charge it on my credit card to the hotel and they could send the payment to the restaurant, nope. I asked for a wake-up call, it didn't happen. Also there was no ledge in the shower so I had to put my soap on the floor and they didn't supply shampoo and conditioner. A small thing but I hate putting them on the floor. The place is fine especially for groups since that is their target customers. As a solo traveller that just wanted convenience to the airport, not so much.

Serene environment, however seems the property is mainly geared toward the corporate " team building " market, so the noise and activity level can be high.

We have also made arrangements to ensure the activities are done away from the accommodation/meeting areas.

Very comfortable. The food was not that great and I wish it had a gym. But for a workshop facility it was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
