Don't count on breakfast

This is a very good place to stay, especially if you are considering a longer period than a couple of days. The staff are amazingly kind! And the price is excellent for the location and quality of accomodations.

This should have been a great place to stay but the people seem to not understand English or pretended not to. From the outside the place looks nice and the photos are a true representation. However the service was very poor and I was given a room that was not prepared but the staff pretended they did not know. First there was no cable or satellite going to the room because there was no T.V. box. When I informed them of this they acted surprised and brought me one the next day. One day after that the box went out and again they acted surprised and then informed me they needed to pay the bill. I got service that night however the channels flashed on and off and two nights later they came to fix that. The room was advertised as having a washer and dryer but there was not one in the room. Three days later they delivered a washer dryer combo that none of the staff knew how to operate. The instruction were crazy and one load to over 24 hours to complete. The electricity went off on the fourth day but just in my apartment and one more time they looked surprised. Again they had to pay the bill in order for me to have lights. There was a restaurant down stairs but the menu was so limited that I went to the hotel next door to order breakfast in the morning. Do not use the properties rideshare because their prices are double that of the local uber drivers. The apartment itself was nice and clean.

Pour : The apartment was very very nice. Loved the privacy of your own space and plenty of it. Fantastic size bedroom with comfortable mattress and clean. Great to have the fridge and kitchen facilities. Loved the little outside terrace to sit and read in the fresh air.
Contre : It was nearly perfect but some of the finishing wasn't great which meant it didn't qualify as luxurious. Just little things like curtain tie-backs missing, some light bulbs not working and a broken security chain on front door. All could have been mended so easily and would have created a better impression. The shower was very tricky to use without getting scalded. The side door didn't have a key and despite asking frequently it was never provided.
Emplacement : Easy to get access to bus routes just a two min walk to end of the road. Also a nice bar 5 mins away called SOIRÉE which did great whole roast chicken
