İyi konum İyi oda Kötü Wifi Sinir bozucu kapı

Nairobi'ye giderseniz Upper Hill otel konaklaması için çok iyi bir konum. Otel temizlik olarak oda büyüklüğü ve imkan olarak çok iyiydi. Bu konularda memnun kaldım. Küvet kadar yüzme havuzu ve büyük bir spor salonu var. Spor salonu iyiydi fakat koşu bantlarından 2 tanesi hariç hepsi arızalı. Restoranda yemek lezzetli fakat her gün menüde o var bu yok. Menüye değil de size ne verebiliyorlar ona göre sipariş veriyorsunuz. Personel çok ilgili ve kibar. İnterneti rezalet. Kapı kartı sorunu ise bana kafayı yedirtti. 4 kere falan kart çalışmıyo diye resepsiyona gittim. Madem olmuyo ANAHTAR kullansanız da sürekli bi asansörü kullanamadığımdan bir odayı açamadığımdan kartı değiştirtmesem. 1 fazla günümü de iptal edip geri ödeme kabul ettim. Kabul etmediler fakat odamı daha iyi bir odayla değiştirdiler.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and fast! Delicious breakfast and dinner buffets offered at the main restaurant. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable.
