Bon hotel chambre propre et moderne bon resto bon wifi idéal pour une nuit après un safari très bon resto et bon petit Dej par contre prévoyez large pour vous rendre a l aéroport ... Sinon correct dans l'ensemble

This small but convivial hotel is a nice area to spend for few days. The location is very efficient as it is very closed from all nice restaurants and bars. Very welcoming and friendly hotel!

No major complaints. Mostly very good experience.Just late one night when I needed some drinking water in the room, the receptionist didn’t attend phone.. infact some picked the phone and hung up twice.. I had to go down to reception at 2 AM or there about get a bottle myself . Wouldn’t recommend the hotel taxi service as it’s way too expensive. Explore options.

The front desk lady was very helpful and polite. The ambience is very nice. However, breakfast menus can be improved on.

Can do better

Not so good. Too noisy at night as a result of an eaterly next door. Breakfast was not the best.

Looks can be deceiving - serious cleanup needed

Internet pictures were not to go by when selecting this hotel. It looked great but in real life the hotel was disgusting. In addition, I cannot believe the average guest rating scores. Lobby was small and untidy. Decor was terribly dated and even dirty. Room is sparsely furnished. It required some drastic refurbishment. Perhaps just a good scrub could do the world of wonders. Tiles, mirrors and basin were cracked. Toilet was leaking on the floor. Towels were threadbare. Toilet brush was terribly unhygienic not to mention the back of the toilet. I wanted to check out upon arrival but the hotel would not refund me, so I had to stay. Front desk staff were great in making me feel welcome. General areas were untidy with everything lying around.

Quite, secure friendly staff, near shopping center, city center airport clubs cost etc love the place ac works good
