Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayTravelled internationally and discovered before our final flight into Nairobi that the owner cancelled the reservation without explanation and would not respond to message or call. This is despite having spoken with them via WhatsApp 2 weeks prior to confirm that the unit was actually available after booking it. Don’t book with this property or operator. I suspect they have this property listed under various listings/prices and wind up cancelling the less lucrative bookings when they are able to get a higher price on another listing of it. Beware.
