Room for two only had 1 cup 1 tbag 1 towel 1 sugar and smelled musty. Shower flooded washroom.
Staff helpful and door security and help fantastic.
Normall Clarion is lovely

A great value hotel in Nairobi CBD.
We enjoyed our stay and had a good meal in the restaurant in the evening and coffee in the coffee shop in the morning.
Enjoyed the steam room after a day of sight seeing

Worst hotel. Filthy, noisy. We left.
Publié le 21 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThis was a horrible experience. We were shown 2 rooms, our friend also 2 rooms. None were remotely acceptable. Not sure where the pictures and reviews came from, but not our experience. We had no hot water in our shower or sink, no AC, the carpet was filthy and wet, like a big dirty sponge. The rooms were noisy and no hope of opening a window as too noisy. This was a grim creepy place. The staff were trying to help, but this couldn't be fixed. Edwin at the reception desk was helpful and seemed to care, but when we met with Stephen, the General Manager, we were met with near silence. He couldn't have cared less. None of us was allowed a refund of any kind, but it was so bad we didn't at that point care, we just wanted out! If I could give zero stars I would.

Wasn’t as good as expected, not for the price we paid. Noisy!
The hotel has a bar, which was more noisy than the streets, where cars run 24 hours.
