I paid money booked and went to the hotel and they couldn't find my reservation. They shifted me from room to room for two hours and finally I was shown a room with a faulty door that couldn't be openedeven by the attendants. I did not stay there and my refund has never been given todate.

Second time staying in the same apartment and the cleanliness standards have dropped. The were dead roaches and flies in the living room and dirt on the carpet. The apartment had some damage on the walls and signs of lack of repair or paint work. The shower head worked partially with inconsistent temperature regulation. And the sheets and pillows had wear and tears with a number of stains.

Pros: gym, pool, good food, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, good location, great Wifi Cons: elevator system is stupid and doesn't work half the time, they block the stairs which was annoying and dangerous if there was an emergency
