Ett prisvärt boende I Nairobi. Personalen var mycket trevlig och maten bra. Första dagen var det dåligt med varmvatten men sen fungerade det utmärkt. Internet var långsamt men bortsett från det kan jag rekommendera hotellet som ett prisvärt boende.

Staff were friendly and helpful to meet any of my needs. The buffet breakfast was average but all I needed. The room was comfortable and the Hotel was in a good location for where I needed to go.

I really liked this hotel! I only stayed for 1 night but would like to stay again if I'm in the area. As a lone female traveller I am always conscious of safety. There is a plaza less then 1 minute where there are many food and eating options and there were also a few lively bars within a short walking distance also There were not many street lights at night but the area was busy enough on a Friday night There is no hotel airport free shuttle, you have to pay for it and mine never showed up! I therefore ordered an Uber and it was only about £5 to airport Really nice decor and helpful staff

Nothing unique. If there's such a thing as false advertising, this booking was it. The rooms could really use a spruce up. The linen is overdue for replacement, not sure why you call it premium? My bad, I should have paid attention to the other reviews before confirmation of booking. Plus the VIP perk (round-trip airport pick and drop) -- why offer something you intend to charge me for? I'd still have booked with or without the perk. The ping-pong between Expedia and the Monarch staff just left me feeling frustrated and used... The fact though that no one at the hotel acknowledged my booking or email inquiries until check-in/out is the reason I'm giving you a low rating. Do better, The Monarch/Expedia.
