Avoid this place. Inadequate social skills.Worst costumer service ever.
Staff lacks customer delight. Needs training.

It is unfortunate that you had to undergo such an experience and hope you do not have to go through that again. However we have no record of your stay with us, you may have the wrong apartment. Should that not be the case, kindly contact us via contact information on Expedia indicating your reservation number and we will look into your complaint to address it. We have had reviews on and off this platform and our guests have been happy with our customer service.
