Good for a stop over.

Easy check in. Always very nice staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with good water pressure and fast wifi. Limited (very) tv channels. Make sure you use the mosquito net.

A solid, affordable option in NBO

Super nice staff. Nice big room. A little hot without AC, but windows allow breeze (just use the mosquito net). Breakfast was basic but fresh. Maybe they could mix it up a bit but when I was staying there were not many guests so that's probably less cost efficient. Nothing really to do in the local area and you need a taxi/uber to get anywhere. However it's very much on the right side of town for the airport.

The only thing going for this place is how close it is to Wilson airport. I wouldn't stay there again. However, if you are on a tight budget and need to stay close to the airport, then this place might work out for you.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Its an old hotel buts it clean and the wi-fi's excellent. If you want to experience a local hotel this is the place for you.

Over priced

Booked superior room got in there was no bar fridge cupboard was broken shower did not work properly TV only had local channels restaurant staff barking like mad dogs seriously overpriced

Don't go

First no hot water, as in cold water coming from the hot tap. Then no water at all from the hot tap. Then co cold water. At each stage reception told me it was being fixed. No restaurants for a very long walk and taxis are reluctant to come along the rough track in front of the hotel. Food is poor in the hotel.

For the comment about food, we would be very glad to know what exactly you did not like about it, since we appreciate that the threshold to food preferences is very broad. With the on going up grading of the road, we sometimes experience disruptions in water supply, though the service providers are usually cooperative, it some times takes longer than expected to have it resolved. The incontinence that sometimes occurs due to the road construction is a great concern to us and we are trying all we can to minimize the same.
