Vitres cassées, hamacs délabrés, saleté générale chambre y compris, qualité de couchage honteuse, qualité du couchage plus qu'insuffisante,service tout à fait moyen, les extras sont facturés beaucoup trop cher, plus cher que dans des établissements où la nuit est facturée 300 Us$.
Pour moi, cet hôtel est un trou à rats, rien de plus. A éviter.

some rooms are still old and have rust... but generally a good place to stay.
Just ensure you tell them to clean the bedsheets before you attend.

What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back!

The check in process was extremely terrible and unpleasant.
I showed them reservation number from Expedia and they said that they can't find any booking from Expedia for a technical reason or something. And that I should show them the email to confirm. After showing the email it took them like 20 min to confirm.
I explained the issue the management in the morning and they didn't do anything about it.
The other thing, the accommodation is not good for people who want to have good sleep because of the loud noise of birds or creatures early in the morning.

Lovely location and setting.
