Très bon hôtel, très propes, le personnel est souriant, à l'écoute, très compétents. La chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, calme. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

As usual lovely people. Still no umbrellas at the pool. Very hot without them. Only thing that drove me mad was the music & band in the bar, the sound was drowned out by party’s in the conference rooms in the evenings. I could hear very loudly as they keep the door open at the party and also with the other ear, the live band or music in the bar. All to loud and mixed sounds in my head as two musics playing at the same time. Also when the hotel is busy with conferences there is no parking for the hotel paying guests. Should have separate area for the guest. I had to go find parking elsewhere 🙄 Thanks Keith

Lovely staff hand in hand.

As usual the stay was excellent. The staff are amazing and so tentative to my needs. Ning Beam and all the reception staff are so lovely, always helping me. The bar staff are all crazy funny people and make me laugh a lot. Tatsani AKA Koonging, Karn, SMA, phoo pae and all the others are fantastic people. My only concern is the pictures in this hotel apps show umbrellas by the pool. But there are no umbrellas. Sometimes very hot with no shaded areas. Thanks Keith

What can I say. This hotel is amazing and the staff are all fantastic. Food is lovely. Breakfast for me as an Englishman is a little boring, but still ok. Coffee is lovely Choose executive room and get the treatment snacks on the 4th floor. Delicious. Thanks Keith

It’s a nice clean hotel but be aware that proper wheelchair accessible rooms are only available in the delux room cathegory. It’s nice tha there is a fully accessible bathroom at the lobby right next to the restaurant.the restaurant is also accessible and offers pretty good Thai food but I wouldn’t recommend order in any western dishes there. There is another restaurant on the second floor the offers Chinese food of good quality.rooms are pretty comfortable and clean but lack power outlets by the bed which I need to have my devices charged and accessible. However the hotel provided us with a king extension cor when requested that allowed us to get the power to the vicinity of the bed from a power outlet by the desk in the opposite side of the room.
