Nice hotel

Nice hotel and centrally located. Staff very helpful. I had a room facing the street and as the windows are not very insulated, it was a bit noisy at times. The hot water in the shower was not always available, but OK in the morning. Will stay there again

No fan or aircon in the room, mosquito in the room even after covering with net, gym facility opened after 7.30AM , need to ask for hot water in tap for early morning hours, bathroom tub stained

On behalf of Merica hotel i would like to sincerely apologise for the less than satisfactory experience you had during your recent stay with us , sorry for late opening of the gym we have communicated to the department to strictly keep opening time to avoid inconveniencing guest and in case of changes to be communicated early enough,we are planing a renovation to improve on the state of the rooms,we have embark on spraying our rooms in the evening to eliminate mosquitoes.we usually provide a fan upon request I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention it will help us improve our operation and services.

One of the best in Nakuru........

We had a 3-day workshop at this hotel and it was great. Very strong wi-fi without interruptions. Good service and helpful staff.

Nice hotel in Nakuru but select the right room!

The only hiccup during my stay was related to hotels.com. Merica has two classes of rooms- modern ones like the pictures, and older standard rooms that need some TLC. If you are looking for the former, make sure to book the higher class of room. If you don’t mind the latter, they are clean and large.
