cleanliness is tip top condition.
Room condition is good, seems to be modern.
staffs are friendly and helpful.
hotel location is good, convenience store(winmart+) nearby
limited breakfast options (buffet)
limited menu for lunch and dinner.

Fabulous service and convenient place

Everything is just within 5-10 mins walk.
