Auf dem Weg von Kapstadt nach Namibia ist dies ideal gelegen. Die Stadt und die Landschaft sind aber so interessant, dass es nicht nur ein Zwischenstop sein muss.

Wir erhielten ein kleines Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Sehr einfach, zweckmässig, ok für eine Nacht.

Restaurant letting good hotel down

Hotel room was new and modern. Checkin staff were very efficient. Wifi worked well. Restaurant seemed underprepared for everything, however. I got dinner after a long wait but the restaurant had run out of gas for other patrons. At an early breakfast, they were already out of eggs and coffee and I waited again. This seems like a lovely hotel in a country setting with good facilities and views - it just needs better restaurant service. And if you do not eat red meat, get dinner in town instead - I did not have much choice.

Would’ve expect more

accommodation was fair, did not have hot water on the first night, food is average…. It seems that the town had some water issues
