Private fully fenced, self-contained unit set on a residential acreage that is bordered by a forest.
Established gardens with great views, abundance of birds & wildlife.
No streetlights and great for stargazing.
The space
Positioned midway between Nambucca Heads and Macksville. Approximately 4 minutes to river access and 7 minutes to the beach.
Local shopping centre 3 minutes’ drive away.

The space
Our guest suite sleeps two. The separate bedroom contains a queen bed wardrobes A/C and ceiling fan.
An open plan living area with 3-seater couch, a 40”TV, eating area and ceiling fan.
Separate full kitchen. Equipped with oven, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
We provide tea, instant coffee, sugar and long-life milk so on arrival you will be able to have a cuppa.
There is a washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom (detergent and some toiletries provided) and a clothesline outside.
Private, secluded undercover patio with table and chairs.

Off street parking in a shared garage. Access to the unit is via the garage door or pedestrian gate. The gate is between the garage and the unit.
Please NOTE there are 2 stairs from the garage to the patio, and 3 stairs up to the unit
You have access to our full front garden should you wish to walk around.
Other things to note
We have a cat (Anzac) who does like to sun himself on the patio chairs.
Our two large dogs, Leyla & Fergus, are contained within the backyard. The dogs do not have access to the unit.

Local TV and Mobile reception are sporadic.
