Amazing
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayTruly gracious hosts! Everything that we could need was there. Waffle maker and she even provided eggs and oil. TV worked great. We played pool, we played foosball and We played chess! Perfectly located for a wedding at the barn as well as driving into Boise for dinner and entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Great for the Family!
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here on a road trip with our family of 5, including our 3 young kids and it was perfect! The kids loved playing in the little play area and my husband and I enjoyed the pool table. The owner has everything you need for your stay and is readily available if you need anything. While it wasn't an issue for us, it's worth knowing that access to the space is down several steps, which may be a challenge for some. Once inside, everything is on an even level, which was great for our 1 year to run around on!

So happy you enjoyed your stay as we enjoyed having you! As empty nesters we so enjoy the activity of little ones below. The fact that you left the space in such good condition with 3 little ones did not go unnoticed. Thank you! In my listing,, it does state that there are 10 steps to the lower level suite and explain that it might not be the right fit for some of our guests, but thank you for addressing your concern. Hope you had a lovely visit with your grandmother!

You picked the perfect time to head out. There's been so much smoke from the Oregin furs and a fire broke out on Hiway 95 that shut down the road near Marsing. (15 minutes from us) The thick smoke permeated the house around 4:30 Friday morning. It was awful! Better now but still smokey.

Perfect Getaway Location

Fresh muffins were waiting for us after a long trip, along with notes on the unit and nearby attractions. The unit was clean and was stocked with all you would need on a trip. Would definitely be back to visit here again!

Amazing Hosts and amazing Property!

Wonderful location for kids!
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for a family wedding at the Lake Side Barn just down the hill. My daughters (who are 3 years old & 18 months) had a blast with the play kitchen, strollers & cars. They also enjoyed all the animals we saw on our walk around the neighborhood!
Some vacation rentals have a lot of nicknacks that need to be moved when staying in a place with toddlers. This place was very clean & uncluttered! I had no concerns about them playing on the floor.
Lucy was a wonderful host! She said she enjoyed hearing our kids playing! She made some helpful suggestions for our family!
