Not worth to be part of Marriott chain
Posted Nov. 1, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is kind of old. Need renovations. The front desk personnel is not helpful. They are not willing to help. When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. Very bad customer service.
