very helpful staff. location is decent just a five minute drive from most attractions. hotel is very clean and nice

Housekeeping needs supervision and training. EVERY day they did not give shampoo and body soap, eveyday I called and everyday three people would come to the door to give me what was on the cleaning cart when they came to clean originally. You would have thought each day they would make sure such a simple thing was done right.
WiFi super slow and not secure. More like a coffee shop rather than a hotel were people expect to use their user name and passports securely.
