Fantastic Suite! Fantastic Views!
Posted Nov. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayA great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. We used the suite as a home base while we explored the Southern Island - from Qualicum to Duncan. It was a great decision and those who choose this spot for a vacation or temporary stay will not be disappointed.

Weekend Mother & Daughter Get Away

Breathtaking view
Posted Aug. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed the view from the porch. While small, it is well equipped. No AC, but we had cool breezes that made it fine except the hottest part of the day. Sitting by the ocean was a delight. We are glad we had the opportunity to stay at this location. Good internet and cable.

I'm sorry that you felt the blankets and pillows had a smell - all blankets and pillows are relatively new and have sealed covers on them. Perhaps the laundry detergent the cleaners use has a scent that was not to your liking. I'm not sure what you mean about the unsatisfied kitchen dishes. If anything we have more than 10 settings over everything and they are all modern, white and new. I would have most certainly assisted had you in any way reached out and needed anything. So sorry that you didn't feel you could message me if you had issues. I did notice that you had 4 people. The unit is really only designed for two with maybe another person sleeping on the daybed in the living room. I'm not sure where you slept the fourth person. Nevertheless I encourage you to reach out to your host while you are staying if you are having issues. That way they can address things and fix them. I travel and use VRBO and other home stay apps and if there is ever an issue I reach out immediately. Please think about doing that next time. All the best.
