Sous Le Cèdre - Au cœur de Nantes

The Cocoonr agency offers you the opportunity to rent Sous le Cèdre, a charming flat in a quiet condominium in the heart of the city, in an area popular with Nantes residents. Completely renovated in 2019, it has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique place!

The flat is located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift accessible from the 1ᵉʳ floor) of a superb old building.
With a surface area of 65 m², the Sous le Cèdre flat is composed as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, combined oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, gas hob...
- A shower room with WC.
- A lounge with a flat-screen TV. Wifi included.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160X200) and a small desk.
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190).
- A large dressing room.

Sous le Cèdre is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.

Location:
Sous le cèdre is located in a pedestrian area. From the foot of the building, you can see the entrance to the famous Passage Pommeraye. You can also take a stroll and discover the many shops on rue Crébillon or admire the majestic Opera House on place Graslin. You could also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or the Cours Cambronne, both just 5 minutes away. For walkers, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne is no more than 15 minutes away. To eat and enjoy your stay, you can count on the many restaurants, brasseries and cafés in the city center.

Transport :
If you're coming by car, you can park in the Graslin public car park (fee payable), which is a 5-minute walk away.

For public transport, you can take bus lines C1, C3, C6, 11 and 23 to the "Saint Nicolas" stop, which is a two-minute walk away. Tram lines 1, 2 and 3 are a 5-minute walk from the "Commerce" stop.
If you take tram line 1 at "Commerce", you can get to the station in 10 minutes.
Shuttle buses are available from the station to the airport.

And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo stations (self-service bikes) are available throughout the city (one station is just two minutes from your flat).

- Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar bags.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
