We absolutely loved our cottage. It was charming and right on the water's edge. Unfortunately, we were some of the first guests of the season so we had to break in some issues: smoke coming in from the fireplace, the hot water went out one day, and the batteries on the carbon monoxide monitor needing replaced. The staff was extremely responsive and had repair people at the house quickly. Would love to stay again during the warmer season.

Very relaxing and friendly in a relaxing environment with great views. Room service, gym etc...would be a bonus

Emplacement : The location is excellent. Walk to town and restaurants.
With a bit more effort this could be a 5 star place. When we arrived we found the air conditioning not working as well as the outdoor shower. We let the management know and they were very gracious and managed to get things fixed. The next day we had to ask for maid service. Apparently there was some miscommunication with the maids. The third day we got service, but were left without bath mats, hand towels and wash cloths. Once again we did ask management and the problem was rectified the next day. The place in a wonderful location, very clean and beautiful setting. I just think there needs to be a little more effort needed to assure guest satisfaction for the prices that are charged.

Publié le 1 mai 2016 sur HotelsIncredible. Super expensive and worth it. I had a two bedroom apartment on three floors with a widows walk. Wood burning fireplace!!! Seriously, I slept in front of it and never saw the bed. Amazing experience, would stay again no matter what the cost

Was very clean and accommodating - however I could not turn up the heat and it was set at 60 - was a very nice spot and quiet - during the winter months- beautiful view
