Great location and perfect size for a family of 4

The house was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—including our dog, who loved the yard!. The location was ideal; close to beaches, restaurants, downtown and all the charm Nantucket has to offer. Theresa and the property addressed every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

Great house. Great location
Posted Oct. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was super cute and perfect for a long weekend with myself, my teenage daughter and two of her friends. It was about a 5 minute walk to Main Street. My only “complaint” is that the front door and the downstairs bathroom door were extremely difficult to open and close but besides that small weird thing the house was well stocked with necessities and the perfect size for the four of us. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Favorite Cottage
Posted Sep. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was our third stay at this cottage because of the excellent location and nice outdoor area. We appreciate the nice interior upgrades that were completed since our visit last year. One block from the harbor near the Yacht Club and 5-minute walk to downtown.

Perfect Location and AWESOME stay!
Posted Jul. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayBeautiful cottage in the prime location! We walked and biked everywhere. "Millie" was immaculate and just as described. We had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back and book again with Theresa.
