Swedish Blue and Yellow house new 2021! Just over a block to harbor and Main St

You will enjoy this fresh 2021 new construction house tucked away right in the middle of Nantucket town. Footsteps from boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to the Hyline ferry and bus hub. The house was completely rebuilt in 2021 and has icynene insulation on all six sides, all the latest modern amenities, fantastic sound system that you can link to your phone, even the refrigerator screen is linked to music and internet. The lighting system is well designed with mood lighting. There are two comfortable patios with ceramic stone and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand when you return from the beach. There are two smart TVs and even an electric fireplace for fun! You’ll be happy being home and love being only steps away from all the charm of downtown Nantucket and the harbor.
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Spectacular!
Such a unique gem, it will delight you in so many ways. Pictures are accurate - even better when you see it. Beds are comfy, decor is uplifting and beautifully done. My sister and I wanted to take my Mom away for a special treat for a weekend and she said she felt like she was whisked away for a magical week. Many restaurants are closed off season; we went to Island Kitchen 2x - fantastic! Could’ve easily shopped and cooked, but nah! Although it is walking distance to everything, mom’s mobility was limited and we Ubered everywhere.

Great time in Nantucket
Great house and great location. Spent the weekend with some friends from France who had never been to Nantucket before. Everything worked out perfectly from the super close to everything in town location, the house decor (especially the bluetooth-connected fridge with built in Spotify), and the overall comfort. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Perfect Place to Stay!
This property was the perfect place for our weekend getaway in Nantucket. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short walk to most of the island's main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore without needing a car. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring that all our questions were promptly answered. Amazing place and owners
Had a girls' reunion and this home was ideal. Great open concept so we could catch up and laugh. Ideal walking to everything but out of the fray. Communication was amazing with the owners. Hate to give 5 stars for would love to keep as my little secret. Thank you for amazing weekend.

Perfect for a small family getaway!
My mom and I went away with my daughter for a Fall girls weekend and this home was perfect for us. Just outside of downtown (right around the corner from a popular cafe), so we could walk everywhere. There was also a parking spot available to us just outside the front door in the shared driveway, which was great since we had brought our car. Super cozy with beautiful interior decor. Perfect for friends or a small family getaway! Host was also extremely responsive. Highly recommend :)

Wonderful Stay
My family of four just got back from a four night stay at this amazing house. We have been renting on Nantucket for 20 years and this is definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at. The house is exactly as pictured and the location can’t be beat. It’s located in walking distance to downtown so you are right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. No car is needed. Sam and Kerstin were very responsive to all our messages and was so kind to check in a few times to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Our kids are 13 & 15 so they loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. It’s literally only a three minute walk to Main Street so we let them come and go as they pleased. The house was very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this house and can’t wait to return next year!

Fabulous Stay at Kerstin
Our family had a wonderful visit to Nantucket and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kerstin house on Coffin St. The recent renovations were tastefully done and made the house so very comfortable. We were able to fit 6 adults in the home without feeling on top of each other. The location to downtown was perfect with a coffee shop around the corner as well as access to island bus routes just a couple minutes from the house. Sam the owner was so kind and helpful and quick to respond in getting one of the air conditioning units working just a short time after I messaged him. We would definitely stay there on future trips!

This was our first time in Nantucket and we had an excellent stay. The house was very clean with top amenities. The location was close to main street and ferry so it was very accessible. Additionally, the hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely return!

We loved the property! Beautiful home that is comfortable and relaxing. Great location that allows you to walk to shops, restaurants and the whaling museum.
