Experience the newly renovated Nantucket Cottage, a perfect family getaway that is both neat and clean. You will have exclusive use of the entire home, sharing it only with guests in your party. A sofabed is available for a fifth person to stay at no additional cost.

Please note that we have Ring Floodlight Cameras installed at the front door for motion-activated monitoring.

It was the perfect size and had all the necessary items we needed. Very clean. Perfect weekend over the holiday with family. Appreciated easy arrival procedure. The weather was beautiful which added to the good time.

Inside was clean and very comfortable. All updated. More communication leading up to the stay would have been preferred but all worked out. There is no hot tub as listing suggests. This is in a residential area of local cottages so aside from a small deck for outdoor sitting I would not expect exterior ambiance. We enjoyed our stay and it worked for our needs.

September Stay for Wedding

The front door to the attached apartment is actually on the side of the house. This was confusing when we checked in. There are multiple front doors. Everything was clean, well stocked and lovely. Our only issue was that there was a problem with the boiler in the basement under the apartment during our stay. We experienced on and off loud humming sound through the heat vents even though we were not using the heat. The owners were responsive to direct chats through the Vrbo App. I would check to make sure this issue was resolved before booking again. Great central lovation!

A cute cottage about 2 miles away from the ferry and the beach. Everything was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The only hiccup was when we first arrived…the house number is not clearly displayed and there are multiple doors. A little clearer communication there would be appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to return.

My friends and I had a great time staying here for the weekend! It was our first time in Nantucket and the place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the host’s communication with me, we were able to drop our bags off early which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay here again!

Small but clean and everything we needed

We had a great time. Cleanliness is top on my list when staying in a VRBO and this one was well-taken care of and I saw nothing that concerned me. We took the free bus system everywhere and I enjoyed running the nearby trails. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast there but it had everything we needed.

This property was very clean and well situated to access the town and several beaches by bicycle. Several casual restaurants within walking distance. No issue with obtaining timely information bee/lyft rides. Property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Good location very clean, not ideal neighborhood

Overall a very nice stay. Travelers should know that this area/neighborhood seems to be strictly people that work on the island and I do believe that they frowned upon this unit being used as a rental as there is limited housing for people Who don’t make much money on the island. We had two comments from Uber drivers as well as from friends of ours that live downtown. Still very clean, and a decent bike ride from town and beaches. Small porch but no lawn area. Also, probably should be noted that there is an attached unit next to this, so it’s not stand alone.

Property was clean and spacious! We came to Nantucket for a girls weekend getaway! House is located within walking distance of coffee and breakfast place and the bus station. It is also just a short bike ride to downtown or the beach.

Awesome spot

4 of us were visiting Nantucket and this was the perfect spot. It was very clean and just what we needed for a short stay. Short Uber/taxi into town or a quick bike ride. Easy check in and out. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

Great Nantucket Cottage

Very nice. Everything was new and in very good shape. The location is a little away from town but we had bikes and had no trouble getting into town quickly. Pickups there from Uber and Lyft were very fast.

Family weekend getaway

We would rate this 4.5 stars. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family of 4. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owner who let us drop our bags early and answered advance questions. Location was convenient for biking to town. The street itself appeared to be more locals than vacationers. Also, there were two ac units (living and master rooms). Would recommend another unit or at least fan for the second room as it got warm. Finally, we noted beach chairs were not provided and brought our own.

Nice and cozy Nantucket themed cottage. Had all of the amenities you could ask for, however did not provide sugar & cream, but had coffee. And had a washer & dryer with dryer sheets but no detergent. Would note sundries are to be provided by renter in contract. Other than that stay was wonderful

Great place for 4 close to town

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Everything is new and kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a new Weber charcoal grill on deck but we didn’t use it. Located in a very quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to Surfside Beach and only 2 miles from downtown. Check-in/out was super easy and owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place-it was perfect for us!
