Very nice property. Easy to communicate with. We were late to check in, but late process was very easy. Breakfast was delicious! Very quite in the evenings.

Noted a spider in the room. The room was quite clean but it was pretty dark. However the service was great and very very good location to many running options.

My daughter and I stood here for three nights. It was an amazing experience staying at our first B&B! The breakfast and happy hour was fantastic! Location was perfect! A 10 min. Walk to downtown, near tastings and amazing restaurants. Will definitely come again.

The Inn is located on a corner right on a busy street. It is very loud all night. The breakfast is good. The staff is not around. We had to text a number to communicate with whomever.

Comfortable Cozy Inn in the heart of Napa

It was beautiful, sunny, relaxing and the birds were chirping.The breakfasts were amazing. You could choose to eat in the dining room also. Parking on site and check in was easy. We were within about a half hour from Rutherford, St. Helena, Sonoma and all the wineries and restaurants we wanted to visit. The river and walking areas were very close, about a mile I think. The staff was truly amazing, with daily texts to see if we needed anything and fast responses. There was also a wine and cheese happy hour each day at 5pm. Just another great offering at this beautiful b&b. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this inn to everyone who wants to experience the quaintness of downtown Napa with all the comforts of home and closeness to all wineries.
