Arrived at 2pm, they don’t have the room ready and at 4pm inform us that our room is not available, downgraded not another room

Wonderful stay at resort. Very professional staff and friendly. Nice amenities. Slight issue wit limited hot water in room.

From the second we checked in there were issues. It was just an unending series of problems. The service was terrible. The front desk was inexperienced and rude. The valet was never around. The Wi-Fi was down. We were putting a room by a concert on a Sunday night without any warning People came into our room without knocking we were told we couldn’t have more water, nothing in the room worked and they couldn’t fix it… The list goes on and on and on to spend $670 on a room and be treated like we were at the motel. It was horrible and so disappointing. I do not recommend staying here.

Very nice resort. We stayed at this resort as part of the concert series. Would stay here again.
The only downside is the concert ended at 9:30, and all of the restaurants were closing or closed. The resort food was definitely overpriced.

Run down corporate hotel in a suburban office park setting. No staff. Had to call 4 times to get someone to fix our air conditioner. Pool areas had old food sitting on chairs for hours with no one cleaning it up. Desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions.

Loved our stay here, staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good gym, lovely pool, restaurant annd food delicious. Only downside was prices of food and drinks. £10 for a 330ml can of lager in the deli was ridiculous.

I paid for a room with a view of the pool, but the balcony had a huge slab of concrete blocking the view. The bathroom sinks had several pieces of hair in them. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a stain running down the wall. Overall, for $400 a night, I expected more.
