Bel hôtel un peu en dehors du centre-ville. Personnel très serviable. Bon buffet. Chambre rénovée et propre. Si vous avez une voiture pour vous déplacer c’est idéal et il y a des parkings partout à Napa gratuit au centre-ville

We woke up to an infestation of ants near our luggage. It was awful. Spoke to manager.

Dear Daryk, I'm very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We take any issues of pests extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our rooms do not contain pests of any kind. Not only do staff members perform thorough inspections when cleaning the rooms, but the hotel also contracts a third-party vendor for preventative pest control monthly. Additionally, random inspections are provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control and overall cleanliness standards are maintained. It was very convenient place today. My husband and I love how it was so closed to downtown Napa.
Also love the breakfast.
