This property was so quaint! Fowler Cottage was delightful-and had so many amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I travel almost 350 days out of the year and try to stay at places that are out of the ordinary and with a little more character than a typical hotel. This property was perfect and I can't wait to stay there again when I visit Napa.

This property is but over rated , we paid for one night almost 600.00 dollars, the property is very good and our room was nice and pretty but at soon I seat in bed it crack so I end to sleep very uncomfortable in a Broken bed, there no staff at night so was nobody to let them know about until next day, this place is a big house converted into inn , don’t get me wrong I love it otherwise; but I think I need some refund not all but some. I can say the staff was excellent, food was very delicious.

THE BAD: This property appears to have absentee owners and the manager of the B & B was on vacation. The TV in our room did not work at all during our stay and there was no-one there who could fix it. Breakfast was only served between 8-8:30AM, however you have the option of having it delivered to your room. Our room had a large stall shower with a rain shower head, however there was very little water pressure resulting in a very low flow. The upholstered chair in our room was worn out in some places. Our balcony had dirty furniture that had big spider webs on them. THE GOOD: The location is just minutes away by car to downtown Napa and many restaurants. It is also close to wineries. We would not stay there again.

All TVs on the property are Smart TVs, and instructions on how to use them are provided in the Guest Portal you receive prior to check-in.Breakfast hours are set to accommodate the majority of our guests, and the option for room delivery is provided for added convenience. The balcony condition was addressed immediately once we received your notification. The water pressure in the shower and the condition of the furniture are noted, and we will ensure these are inspected and maintained regularly.Our property’s charm lies in its proximity to downtown Napa and various wineries, which many guests find appealing. We understand our unique setup may not align with everyone's preferences.We appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with us.Best regards,

Couple trip to Napa

This was our 1st stay with the Inn On Randolph & will not be our last 😊. Very private intimate cottage for a couple with a private outdoor patio space. This could also be a wonderful place for a Wedding party to stay. The breakfast was also very good, well plated & ample serving size. We had our breakfast delivered to our cottage which was an added touch to enjoy breakfast in bed or our own small dining table. The bed was very comfortable, sparate ac unit, heated floor in the bathroom was fire, so many nice little details that make this Inn an excellent stay! The only negative thing we can say about the cottage is the TV Lol. Its small (maybe like a 35-40 in on the wall) for the grandeur of the room they should probably consider upgrading the TV to a larger screen. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed with your stay. They offered early check in for stay which worked out extremely well for our plans because it allowed us to check in when we arrived & do some sight seeing/wine tasting before the concert at Blue Note Napa. The venue is close, down the street. (I wouldnt consider it walking distance if your wearing heels). Neighborhood is very pretty & tranquil. Some might consider it a pricey stay for 1 night but if you want to pamper yourself, its well worth it and the breakfast is included with the stay. Highly recommend!

The employees were very nice and welcoming. We were able to do an early check in with no issues. The breakfast was delicious. The property was adorable and quiet. Would recommend 10/10!
