Cold shower for one whole day, and courtyards were dirty.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the cold shower and the condition of the courtyards. Unfortunately, we did have a two-day stretch with an unexpected boiler failure. Please know that we have since purchased and installed brand-new boilers for both wings of the hotel to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, we have taken care of any dust issues in our courtyard areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained. Thank you for your understanding, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Loved our stay! The staff at the front desk was always helpful and quick to answer any questions. Great facilities. Would stay again unless we wanted to be in town.
