Beautiful Place

The owner responded promptly to our needs and questions. The property was very comfortable. They brought a new hair dryer when one was not found on site. The water heater is shared by 4 units and takes a while to recover, take your showers at night if you want to ensure a hot one. Beds were so comfortable and all the patio and kitchen amenities were fantastic. I would recommend and stay again.

Not disappointed

If anything the place is better thann the pictures. We have stated Silverado before and it is top notch. They are right on everything. Super clean great landscaping nice atmosphere. Host was very responsive but if they are listening the only thing we would suggest is a coffee maker lol!

Condo was nice - check in and communication with owner not great

The condo has been remodeled and is located in a very quiet part of the property. The pillows are flat and need to be replaced, and the kitchen could use a little stocking (foil, saran wrap, etc.) - but overall very nice. My challenges came with the booking and check in process - some which admittedly was my fault. Please read the fine print before you book! We took our dog with us, and unfortunately booked last minute, with only 3 days until we could no longer get a full refund. What I unfortunately missed, when booking, in the middle of a very long paragraph that described the "overview" of the property, was a dog cleaning fee that was MORE than the nightly rate for the humans. The owner doesn't charge you for the dog when you pay for the condo, they charge you later, "before check in". By the time I realized I had to pay twice as much for the dog than for us it was too late to cancel. Plus we had our cleaning fee. It was insane. In a panic I tried to reach the owner before check in with no reply. In fact I sent the owner 4 messages through VRBO in the days before check in that to this day have gone unanswered. AFTER we checked in we finally heard back. I was upset about the amount of the dog fee and let's say the replies were not productive or compassionate. In the future I will look for a place that has a MUCH cheaper and more clearly disclosed dog cleaning fee. It was very disappointing and put a damper on the trip.

Cozy stay

This property was amazing and cozy, it is a great location not too far from downtown and many other wineries. The property is clean the unit was clean and well stocked.

No air conditioning in 90 degree weather

No air conditioning and misinformation from rental team :( I searched for listings with air-conditioning, and this condo indicated it had air-conditioning. A few hours before we arrived I got a call saying the AC was not working. I kept trying to get information from the rental team, but they were misleading and never returned a phone call over a three day period. It was really hot and we didn’t sleep more than 3 hours the first night. The second night was a little better but the bedroom faces the sun and was really hot until 4am.

HORRIBLE! Couldn't flush toilet or wash hands during COVID!

After a long awaited get away, we ended up leaving early due to having no water the entire stay. We completely understand maintenance issues happen, however, it was the complete and utter lack of response by the property manager that made it worse. We called and emailed many, many, many times and, to this day, have never received any response. We are beyond disappointed, what a disaster! So sad to waist our precious vacation this way. How do get a refund?!?!

Great Place!

We've stayed at the Silverado a few times and this was definitely one of the best. The unit has been nicely updated, which really made it a more comfortable and relaxing visit. I would definitely return to this unit!
