Everything about the Senza Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious with high quality amenities and the staff was friendly and attentive. We definitely have this on our list for another stay in the near future!

Delightful gem
The rooms looked better than in the photos and were very comfortable and thoughtfully done with great views of the vineyards. We loved it!

The room with balcony, fire place and 2 queen beds was very nice. Hot tub and pool were very nice. The staff are friendly and ready to help. Convenient location to both Napa city and Yountville.

We booked a king room with a fireplace and it was perfect for hanging out on a cold and rainy afternoon after our visit to Sterling Winery. Staff at reception were great and helpful. The complimentary wine tasting at 6pm on our first night was perfect way to begin. From Senza we walked a short 5 min walk to Bistro Don Giovanni for dinner and would highly recommend. Also - I can’t say enough good things about Loretta at the Napa Valley Welcome Center. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Enjoyed the beautiful property and luxurious rooms. Love that the Senza is a small boutique hotel/inn. Easy self-parking. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming too. The only issue I experienced was that the 2 rooms I booked for the same rate should have been similar but couldn’t be more different. Both were king rooms, but since our stay was for only one night, we didn’t discover until the next morning that one was significantly smaller. My friend luckily got the key to the gorgeous room that was triple the size. Although a lovely room, mine was really small in comparison and ran out of hot water within a few minutes in the shower. The issue was reported at checkout.

Amazing experience! The room was big and clean. Lots of parking space available (for free). There is an amazing restaurant nearby (less than 10min walking). The view for the vineyards is phenomenal. Staff is incredible and super helpful. Breakfast could be better and with more option. However, Will definitely come back.

Great family stay with some setbacks
Whenever we go to Napa my husband and I usually love to stay at SENZA. Senza has had some beautiful updates to their lobby area which is nice but one of the changes is there isn’t a free continental breakfast anymore which was really convenient for us as a family. It was our first time staying in a regular room vs a suite, we stayed in a room above the lobby area. Check in was fine but we were disappointed that the pack and play we had requested for our son wasn’t set up. Thankfully we were heading to dinner right after check in which gave them time to deliver it to our room, but when we got back we saw it was delivered but not setup - definitely not the kind of service we had expected since the last time we stayed over the pack and play was setup so nicely, that even the mattress part was covered with a sheet. Lastly, the water in the shower took some time to get warm and stay warm. We really love SENZA so I’m giving it 4 stars despite the issues, hoping that it was just a one off for us this time.

We loved how quiet and laid back this property is. It does not feel like a hotel but rather a beautiful large home, with beautiful gardens, patios and pool/hot tub area. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Simply a wonderful and very relaxing property.
