The carpet was filthy. The rack on the shower door to hold the towel was hanging off and broken. I reported it to the staff and they sent someone to fix it. Building unit was rundown, but excellent location and excellent amenities. I'm told all the units are privately owned, but are overseen by Resort. These units need to be updated.

Terrible service! They have no sense of hospitality. I received an incorrect room type in the wrong area of the property and when i notified the staff i received nothing but attitude! The remedy that the "supervisor" Thea offered was, "if you leave now, we wont charge you", what?! At over $400 a night, I would definitely stay somewhere else.
