Thank you for taking the time to review our park. We have a great spot here with the natural setting and amazing views over the harbor and all still within a quick 10 minute drive into town. I See you stayed in one of our ensuite cabins, great room with bathroom and basic cooking needs. Thank you for choosing to stay with us here at Napier Beach Top 10.

I was extremely disappointed as the "cabin" we were allocated was not the one we chose on your website photograph.. I spoke to the management this morning and they said that both yourselves and another firm often give incorrect information as to the "cabin" details as I am 85 yrs and my daughter 65yrs we were not happy about having to sleep in bunks and make our own beds ..

Hi Trish, im not sure who you spoke to but it wasn't myself(manager). All rooms are clear in the description of what the room is and what it has. Often people can be looking at the main page of the park and not at the individual photos of the rooms. All of o8ur rooms have bunk beds so when there are 2 people needing separate beds one will always have to be in a bunk bed. All beds are made, single beds come with bottom sheets only as per standard practice for these types of rooms, but we are always happy to provide a top sheet if requested.

Not happy that the hotplate in our cabin did not work properly so had to use the BBQs which had no lighting so had to cook using the lights on our phones.
