The property is very well made and the location is very good. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing and they could have given better facilities. Considering we have a family room for four, the bathroom didn’t even have four small hooks to hang clothes. Again, being a family room for 4, bathroom door didnt have a lock. A little disappointed that the property is well made but not designed thoughtfully. Overall stay was comfortable for a family of four, housekeeping and cleaning being a let down. They didn’t even vacuum the floors for the 3 days we were there.

Excellent place to stay in Napier with a short walk to town. Very comfortable and spacious room with a fabulous spa bath to relax in. A very warm and friendly welcome and great service.

Would give it a 10 rating if not for the broken toilet seat when we first checked into the room especially knowing the cleaning staff knew but ignored to report it or fix it - we were given another room but our previous room was given to some poor buggers who checked in right after us !! But room is very spacious , beautiful sea views , good parking , abit far to walk to town

The stay was lovely, except we were told there was a small leak from the toilet, it was much worse than we were told, about 4 different leaks, & the water leaked into the kitchen area. All our towels had to be laid on the floor. An accident waiting to happen, & they are going to continue to book this room…..

Staff were lovely on check-In. It was in an excellent location, right across the road from the National Aquarium and beach (although you can’t swim in the beach). Some great shopping close by and loads of options to eat. We found two great pubs with super delicious meals! Shower was hot, bed comfy. A couple of negatives… it was really really noisy. Traffic street noise, plus you could hear other guests talking in their rooms. Smoking is allowed on guest balcony’s and this was dreadful as cigarette smoke drifted into our room, even with the windows and door closed. Even though it was a great location and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable, I wouldn’t stay again because of the noise and cigarette smoke smells.
