A good central place to stay for one night
We stayed one night in a King Studio apartment. Quest Napier is quite central and the streets and parking were very busy when we arrived. We had booked parking under the hotel for the night which was a good thing. There are free carparks next door and across the road but only after 6pm and for some of the weekend. Our arrival was a bit early but they were able to find us a room that was ready so we could settle in. The lady at reception was great and showed me where to go for the parking and explained everything. The room was a little dated but has been renovated so was fine. It was functional with a comfortable bed, and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and a pod coffee machine. My only issue was the shower which has a curtain, not ideal because it blows in on you and the floor still got quite wet. The shower did have excellent pressure tho and we were more than happy with one night staying in this apartment.

No free parking. Checked in just prior to 5pm. Staff were in a rush to go home, so briefing and welcome was extremely rushed. There was some awful stains around the toilet seat, and rust around the shower

Quest Napier was well located in the Napier CBD. The apartment was spacious and clean, and close to all amenities. This was the first time we had stayed in a Quest facility and we were impressed.

Comfy bed, TV small but functional. Glad that my hung up towels weren’t removed this time. Green policy much better 💓. Only negative was a long black hair found on the clean towel (day one - I’m blonde). But everything else was great.

Great little place to stay in Napier for a couple of nights. Our room was very tidy and quiet. It is an easy walk into town and to the beach front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure onsite parking is a bonus, although the access is tight for larger vehicles.

Clean,comfy and easy access to city. Very friendly and polite staff. Parking is a issue as limited spaces with respect to hotel rooms are available(found it the hard way after arriving and first night had to park in street overnight). Second night got a parking spot access via a vehicle lift.
