I was impressed with the location and facilities...we had a really comfortable sk bed. The kitchenette was great, we could make our coffee on the stove. There was a huge spa bath which we didnt use this time...aircon was qiuet...my only concern was the carpet in the entrance needed a clean, and the illuminated motel sign was very bright outside our room(room 15)but we will definately be back! Thankyou to the lovely staff😊

Good Hotel Opposite the Beach
The Shoreline is quite a big property, just across the road from the walkway and beach, and no more than 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Napier. Our studio was at the back, a big suite, with a huge bed, a jaccuzi, a decent bathroom with a good shower, and a small kitchenette with a small dining table and 3 chairs.

I liked the location close to the beach & close to town shops. Nice walk along marine parade. Room was spacious and had good facilities, spa bath great! Room needs upgrade: carpet stains & wallpaper worn out. Overall enjoyed my stay 😊 will book again in future.

The Shoreline Motel in Napier is a fantastic place to stay! The staff were incredibly friendly during check-in. The location is unbeatable—right across from the beach, stunning views and easy access. Watching the sunrise from here is an absolute must! Parking was also very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Napier!
