Imagine yourself in paradise on the beautiful island of Maui, sitting on your private OCEAN FRONT lanai and gazing across the turquoise blue Pacific. Experience the tranquility at our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom Noelani Condo!

This incredible ocean front, air-conditioned suite features two private lanai's (one off of the living room and the other off of the master bedroom) where you can enjoy whale watching, spectacular sunsets, and endless ocean views. Both lanai's have tables and comfortable chairs for you to lounge and relax throughout the day or evening. This condo features a brand new fully appointed kitchen with plenty of counter top space and modern stainless steel appliances. The coffee maker uses pods or cones. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, stemware, utensils, and more for you to cook your favorite meals. Just off of the kitchen is a separate dining area with a table and six chairs. It is the perfect spot for entertaining! The living room features raised ceilings with recessed lighting along with elegant island décor and a large flat screen TV. The view of the ocean from the living room is spectacular!

The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one downstairs. Each of the bedrooms are fully furnished and are decorated with elegant island décor. The master bedroom has an ultra comfortable king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs next to the master bedroom (ocean view while showering) and guest bedroom, each featuring tiled flooring and glass showers. There is an additional half bathroom downstairs next to one of the guest bedrooms. The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The other guest bedroom (located upstairs) has a king bed. Both bedrooms are extremely comfortable and ideal for relaxing. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The Noelani resort has two ocean front swimming pools, a jacuzzi, oceanfront BBQ grills, and is steps away from a private ocean cove and the "S-Turns" beach park. You are almost guaranteed to see turtles at S-Turns beach!

Noelani is located in West Maui. The property is situated halfway between Kaanapali Shores and Kapalua Bay. It is 2.6 miles south of Napili Bay and 3 miles from Kapalua beach. The Kapalua Gold Resort Bay Golf Course is also just a short 3 miles away. Noelani is walking distance to a variety restaurants and shops and is a short driving distance to Lahaina, Whaler's Village, spectacular beaches, snorkeling, paddle boarding, sailing, surfing and much more!

Noelani is smoke free. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the condo or on the lanais. For your convenience, two designated smoking areas are located at the resort away from guests.

The condo at Noelani was perfect! The condo is roomy, the beds were super comfortable, the pools were great, but the best part was the oceanfront location. We could sit on the two balconies watching surfers, sea turtles, whales, and gorgeous sunsets. The complex was quiet but close enough to shops, restaurants, and lots of great beaches.

So close to ocean & turtles; just ok AC
We really enjoyed our stay and want to come again. The location couldn’t be better and the 3 bedrooms on two floors is a nice set up. The place is clean and has comfortable beds. We had 5 adults comfortably. My only issue is the air conditioning is weak and seemed to work better during the day and then it wasn’t as cool as we’d want at night.It also leaked but it was a weekend and there is no maintenance on the weekend.

Oceanfront paradise 🌊
The property is amazing! Clean, well stocked, close to many activities, Kaanapali beaches and resorts, supermarket, food trucks and great restaurants ! Whaler’s village is also only a 10min drive. The most amazing feature is the access to the shoreline. The balconies are directly on the beach. Sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing down on the rocks was wonderful. We could see the whales in the distance. Access to BBQs pool and hot tube was also great for the kids, and stunning views of sunset. You can’t go wrong! 45min to Maaeala for boat excursions and aquatic center. 1h from airport and start to Road to Hana tour and Haleakala summit tour. This was pure paradise. 🌸🌈🌊🐳

Exactly what we hoped for!
A full ocean view was a major priority and we got exactly what was promised! With 2 lanais and a living room looking out on the ocean, there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to enjoy the beauty and sounds throughout the day. We loved watching surfers while drinking our morning coffee and the sea turtles basking on the rocks in front of the condo in the late afternoons. The living room had a large sectional sofa that was great for playing games around the coffee table or watching TV. There was a dining table seating at least 6 that made dinners at home very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfy! The property looks a little dated when you first park and go upstairs, but the unit is nicely refurbished and the pool/hot tub/BBQ area is well maintained. There were 5 beach chairs and a few tatami mats in the condo for our use. The beach immediately next to the condo is nice for swimming and the extraordinary Black Rock/Kaanapali beach is less than 10 minutes by car. For espresso/latte fans, the nearby Hawai'ian Village Coffee is excellent with a friendly staff. Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a great find for a casual meal. The property manager - Epic Realty - was very responsive to questions and I appreciated receiving regular updates after the Lahaina fire about what we could anticipate if we kept our reservation as well as how we could help Lahaina residents. We are so happy we stuck to our Christmas holiday plans!

Fantastic condo, great views, location, and so many turtles
This condo was beautiful. This was one of the easiest check in and check out processes I have had with a vacation rental. While the pictures in the listing are amazing, nothing compares to the views in person. It was incredible to wake up with the ocean and waves right outside the window, and we had many beautiful sunsets. We saw so many turtles, and swam with many at the beach right next door. This was a perfect location, no more that 15 mintutes ( but usually more like 5-10 minutes) to get to any of the restaurants, beaches, shopping that we wanted to go to. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and anything else we would need for the beach that was provided in the condo. The condo was perfect for our small group, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Maui.

Newly Renovated - Great Place to Stay
We started our trip in Hana for two days and then moved here for the last half of our time on Maui. It is a great location, newly renovated and easily housed 5 adults. It was also well equipped. We saw seven turtles and a lot of fish snorkeling from the beach about 100 yards from the property. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

We enjoyed our stay at Noelani #304. Wonderful ocean views, saw green turtles every day, unit is well designed and comfortable. Good location with easy access to Lahaina, great restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities. And while there were a few problems in the unit, we reported the issues and the management company was extremely responsive and prompt in addressing them. We highly recommend this property.

Great view and location
We had 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 adult children, and this condo worked great. The rooms and layout worked really well, especially the 2 1/2 baths letting us get ready quickly in the morning, and the big main level lanai with the second lanai off the master bedroom (my favorite part of Hawaii is sleeping with the sounds and breeze from the ocean). If you are wondering if an oceanfront is worth the extra money, I can say that our views of whales, turtles, sunsets, and rainbows made it entirely worth it for us. We also took advantage of the pool and of the small beach right next to it (where turtles came to lay most afternoons!). The property managers were responsive, the onsite folks were friendly and helpful. The location is great too - 15 minutes to anyplace from Lahaina to Kapalua, with all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in those places. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Perfect location, right on the water! We saw whales, dolphins and turtles looking out from our balconies. Had everything we needed in the condo when we checked in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to include in the description what was provided. We stopped on our way from the airport and bought paper towels and coffee, coffee filters, and laundry detergent, only to find that all had been provided by the condo(which was amazing!). We cooked breakfast almost everyday, so it was awesome being able to enjoy the view while cooking. Pool and hot tub areas were well kept and relaxing. Thanks for the fun time!

Everything was great except the decorative pillows. Cleanliness was wonderful with the exception of ALL of the decorative pillows on the beds. Hair (including what looked like pubic hair) was found on the decorative pillows and had fallen onto the sheets. It appears the cleaners don't clean these pillows. Brought it up with management and never received a follow-up.

Countless sea turtles seen every day in the rocks & many come to sun/rest on a small sand patch about mid-afternoon. 15 turtles resting on the sand one afternoon. Small park next door with sandy beach & complex pools were very clean. Staff is very professional. Boss Frogs just a couple blocks away for renting gear. Several options for dining close by within walking distance. Been to Maui many times, this is by far the best view & closest vantage to the ocean we've everexperiences. Well worth the stay.
